You Must Ping Your Website Often

Surfing around the net today I found a great website that allows you to submit your website to over 80+ Ping Service sites.
Doing this will let other websites know that you have updated your site and you want their site crawler to come to your site, for example the google spider.
We recommend you ping each of your websites at least once per week.
